This unit has an 1,800 foot office with a break room featuring a microwave, fridge and plenty of cabinetry with a pantry. There are 20 in-ground outlets in the main room and network cabling for the offices. The main finished room has a storage room and a roll up door. A short throw projector is included. There are two bathrooms. The warehouse is 4,400 square feet and is has a dock with dock plate and seal to keep out the elements. It also has a 12' wide x 12' high drive in door with remote control. There is 200 amps of 3-phase power. Three furnaces and 2 air conditioners heat/cool the entire place. In addition to the cooling it has a "Big Ass Fan" (yes, that's the name!) with it's 14 foot diameter blades gets the air moving in the warehouse/shop.
