Please complete and submit the check-in sheet. Be thorough and complete. Do not leave anything blank, either complete it with a"yes" or "Y", "not applicable" or write in what is wrong with the item. Normal wear and tear is acknowledged and will not be charged to the tenant upon move-out. If not cleaned the tenant will be charged the amount in parentheses for each item. If we feel that it is not cleaned enough we will ask the tenant to clean it better or to clean if it was not cleaned before. Cleaning is billed at $30.00/ hour. Repairs are billed for the time it takes to repair the item. Repairs are billed at $60.00/ hour.
